Steps To Gain Supervision

Enroll in a BACB approved course sequence.

Complete and pass the BACB supervision course.

Determine what supervision option will work for you.

I am currently employed at George Mason University and Lynchburg College.

Find a qualified BCBA supervisor. A supervisor must go through an 8 hour course and obtain 3 CEUs in supervison, per cycle.

Review Experience Standards and Forms from the BACB website.

Meet with your supervisor and "boss" to go over the contract of responsibilities that each person will have during the supervision experience.

I am able to offer on-site supervision within a one hour radious of Lynchburg City. I am also able to offer vertual supervision.

- To improve current repertoires of the supervisee

- To maintain beneficial repertories of the supervisee

- To model effective supervision practices for the supervisee

- To develop behavior-analytic, professional, and ethical repertoires in specific areas of behavior-analytic practice

- To guide behavioral case conceptualization, problem solving, decision making, and assistance seeking of the supervisee
